Data controller
Brand Coins, SL, tax ID B16975369, Carrer de Muntaner 185 · 08036 Barcelona · España. Contact: the form at www.centroblockchain.com.
What we process and why
Only what you send through the contact form (name, email, company or project, optional phone, topic, approximate budget and message), to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The form does not store your data in a database: it is emailed to the owner via Resend (an email delivery provider) and kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to learn, in aggregate, which pages and apps across *.centroblockchain.com are visited and to improve them. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>, up to 2 years) are only set if you accept them in the banner; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI‑CE and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). IP addresses are anonymised and no data is used for advertising.
If you decline or haven’t chosen yet, Google only receives cookieless technical signals without identifiers (consent mode), which cannot identify you. Your choice is kept for 6 months in the technical cookie cb_consent, shared by all subdomains, and you can change it at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer.
The site also stores in your browser (session storage) whether you have seen the intro animation, and the “I’m human” check is solved in your browser with no third-party services.
Recipients and transfers
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Resend, Google (Analytics, only with your consent) and the hosting provider (Vercel) act as processors and may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses / EU‑US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to us through the form. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
